Harz Labs Glaze is a UV-curing high gloss acrylic-urethane clearcoat. It does not contain methyl methacrylate and other drug precursors. It is developed especially to increase part’s (crowns, bridges, splints, basis prothesis etc) durability. It is cured under UV without tack layer and do not require further sanding.

Degrease the surface with isopropyl or ethyl alcohol before applying Harz Labs Glaze. Apply the clearcoat to the surface with a brush, hold for at least 60 seconds (depending on the thickness of the applied layer) to achieve complete leveling and removal of solvent residue from the surface. Cure the painted surface with a UV light source (405 nm, 4.9 mW / cm2) for at least 10 minutes. At the end of curing, the product should not have a tacky layer.

Do not apply the material directly in the mouth.
