Ease of use. Simple kneading process, easy processing and polishing. In the process of manufacturing the prosthesis, the material has a plastic soft consistency and does not stick to the hands. After polymerization, it is characterized by high strength, while being easily processed and polished.

Aesthetics. Five colors for the most accurate selection: T4 (pink), V4 (pink veined), V2 (milky pink veined), V3 (dark pink veined), O (clear).

For prostheses made of Villacryl H Plus and Villacryl H Rapid FN, both relining and the use of soft silicone pads are possible.

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Villacryl H Plus (Villacryl Ash Plus) is a hot curing acrylic dental material for the manufacture of removable denture bases.

 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not use in patients who are allergic to the ingredients included in the composition of the material.
• Before installation, the prosthesis should be disinfected.
• Warn the patient that if proper hygiene is not observed, irritation and inflammation of the oral cavity may occur.
• Application (one option)

PREPARATION

• Glue the wax model of the prosthesis on the base using wax. Align the attachment point.
• Mix hard dental plaster. Fill the bottom of the cuvette 2/3 with plaster. Put the model in it. Smooth out the plaster and leave to harden. After hardening, smooth the surface of the gypsum under water.
• Coat the model with C-silicone. Do not apply silicone to the chewing surfaces of the teeth and to the cutting edges. Wait for the silicone to bind.

• Place the cuvette in water for 10-15 minutes. Take out. Install the second part of the cuvette and completely fill the model with plaster. After the gypsum has hardened, place the cuvette in boiling water to soften the wax.
• Remove the cuvette, free the model from wax.
• Apply an insulating material (Izo-sol) to the top of the plaster impression, spread over the surface and rinse with water.
• Release the silicone impression from the teeth. Lightly work the surface of each tooth with a bur to roughness, use a cutter to make notches in the lower part of the teeth. Set your teeth in place. Apply bond to the surface of the teeth.

PREPARING PLASTIC

• Place the required amount of monomer and resin into a glass vessel. Mix thoroughly with a metal spatula and leave covered. The ingredients are taken in the following proportion: for 24 g of powder / 10 g of liquid. When the mass stops sticking to the walls of the container, it should be removed and kneaded with your fingers for 1-2 minutes.

FILLING AND POLYMERIZATION

• The finished plastic should be placed into the silicone mold by gently distributing it with your fingers. After that, the plastic is covered with a plastic film; they install the second part of the cuvette. The cuvettes are placed in a hydraulic press for 15 minutes (pressure 5000 kg).
• Remove the cuvette from the press, separate the parts, remove the film and remove excess plastic with a spatula and connect the parts. Put the cuvette under the press again.

• Place the cuvette in the frame and place in the polymerization chamber. The polymerization time depends on the size of the prosthesis.
• Polymerization is carried out in water at a temperature of 65°C under a pressure of 2 bar. The polymerization time is 20 minutes.
• After cooling, the prosthesis is removed from the cuvette.

TREATMENT

• The finished denture should be ground with a burr and polished with polishing powder and polishing paste.
