INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE



Villacryl SP is a cold curing acrylic dental material for casting prostheses. 



GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS



Do not use in patients who are allergic to the ingredients included in the composition of the material.
Before installation, the prosthesis should be disinfected.
Warn the patient that if proper hygiene is not observed, irritation and inflammation of the oral cavity may occur.
Application (one option)



PREPARATION

• Glue the filling channels to the wax model of the prosthesis installed on the base.
• Using high precision A-silicone (eg Platinum 85 TOUCH) form the first layer of the silicone mold.
• Cover the model with a second, protective layer of A-silicone (eg Platinum 95).



• Apply marks for the correct orientation of the model in space.
• After the silicone has hardened, remove the wax from the mold and from the teeth.
• Reposition the teeth in a silicone mold.

PREPARING PLASTIC

• Place the required amount of monomer and resin into a glass vessel and mix thoroughly. Properly prepared mass resembles honey in consistency. The ingredients are taken in the following proportion: for clasp prostheses per 10 g of powder / 7 ml of liquid, in other cases per 10 g of powder / 5.2 ml of liquid.

FILLING AND POLYMERIZATION

• Connect the parts of the form in the correct position, secure with an elastic band.
• Pour plastic into one of the fill channels. When the mass appears in another channel, the filling is completed. Filling time for clasp prostheses - no more than 4 minutes, in other cases - no more than 2 minutes.
• Polymerization is carried out in water at a temperature of 65°C under a pressure of 2 bar. The polymerization time is 20 minutes.

 

TREATMENT

• The finished denture should be ground with a burr and polished with polishing powder and polishing paste.
